on christmas eve i spent some time on the phone with alaska air and they went above and beyond to straighten out my flight situation - i ended up with a better itinerary than i started with. thank you Alaska air. it took a while, but it was worth it. so i leave for portland in a few days.
right now im spending the last half hour of christmas listening to sufjan stevens christmas music.
