back from mexico

i just got home from a few days of building homes in tecate, mexico with the high school ministry. for the most part it was totally exhausting on multiple levels. im not sure what wears me out more: working a couple 10-12 hours days that began and ended with a 30 minute walk up and down hills to the work site, or being around 300 people for 4 days straight. i am so glad to be home, but also glad that i went - mostly because i got to connect with more students, which makes me feel more like i am part of the ministry. i dont have any pictures because i didnt bring my camera. just imagine me in the pictures you've seen of youth minitries in mexico - and thats pretty much it.
